Warren W. Faulk became Prosecutor in June 2008 after leaving a position as a partner at the law firm of Brown and Connery. There he concentrated his practice in matters involving complex civil litigation, including defamation and First Amendment issues, commercial and Chancery matters, personal injury and insurance coverage. The Prosecutor was also Solicitor for the Borough of Merchantville Planning Board from 1974 to 1982, and Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Barrington from 1985 to 1987. Prosecutor Faulk graduated from LaSalle University in 1967 with a degree in Political Science. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1970. While there, he served as a Research Editor for the Villanova Law Review and was inducted as a member of the Villanova Chapter of the Order of the Coif.
The Prosecutor was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1970. For two years after that he served as a JAG attorney with the United States Army.
He was born in Philadelphia in 1945.
The Camden County Prosecutor's Office is the chief law enforcement agency in the county. Until 1972 County Prosecutor was a part-time job, making Prosecutor Faulk the county's 9th full-time prosecutor.
